All Traditions
This section of the website is to collect information and resources about Buddhism, inclusive of all traditions of Buddhism.
Though I practice in lineages of Tibetan Buddhism, particularly Nyingma and therefore Dzogchen, I have tremendous respect for all forms of Buddhism. Living in Willits, Mendocino County, California, USA separates me from Lamas and practice centers in my own lineagages. But I'm extremely fortunate to live very close to Abhayagiri Monastery (Theravada, Thai Forest Tradition) and The City of 10,000 Buddhas (Mahayana, primarily Chan but also Pure Land). Also, in The City of 10,000 Buddhas is one of the most unusual, intriguing, and delicious restaurants I've ever eaten in. It is also vegan.
